What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least six (6) years of relevant professional experience or Master’s degree and three (3) years of relevant professional experience
  • At least three (3) years of professional M&E experience
  • Experience designing and implementing mixed-methods evaluations, including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
  • Experience developing performance indicators, evaluation questions, data collection instruments, analytical frameworks, and data collection plans
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative evidence into concise analytical products, findings, and recommendations for senior policymakers and program leadership
  • Experience managing or contributing to M&E activities for large, complex, multi-country U.S. Government programs

Nice to have

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Strong quantitative data analysis capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and statistical software such as Stata or R
  • Familiarity with chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) policy, nonproliferation, counterproliferation, sanctions and financial controls, or related national security issues
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly research and analyze open-source information on relevant topics, especially information on CBRN policy, nonproliferation, sanctions and financial controls, emerging threats, and related foreign policy and national security issues
