What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5–8 years of construction project controls, planning, or scheduling experience
- Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, and project-controls principles
- Experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or complex building projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, including schedule development, updating, baseline management, critical-path analysis, resource loading, and progress reporting
- Good understanding of CPM scheduling, WBS development, Integrated Master Schedules, and progress measurement
Nice to have
- Data Center construction experience
- Experience in vertical construction projects such as Data Centers, Hospitals, Hotels, Mixed-use developments, Mission-critical facilities
- Experience working for a PMC, project-management consultant, contractor, or client-side organization
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Familiarity with cost control, forecasting, and resource planning
