What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certification or chartered status.
- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in major construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience delivering at least one hyperscale data center project of 15MW or greater.
- Strong experience leading complex multidisciplinary project teams.
- Extensive knowledge of project governance, stakeholder management, construction delivery, project controls, commercial management, quality, HSE, and commissioning.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- MRICS or equivalent professional accreditation.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.

- Experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment.
