What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary design management and coordination
- Experience managing complex design packages through concept, design development, and IFC stages
- Strong understanding of CSA, MEP, ICT, Fire Protection, Security, and other major building systems
- Strong technical drawing interpretation and design review capabilities
- Experience managing RFIs, technical submittals, design comments, and clarifications
Nice to have
- Experience on hyperscale data center or mission-critical projects
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, hospital, power plant, semiconductor, or similarly complex projects
- Experience with Design-Build delivery models
- Experience supporting Value Engineering and constructability reviews
- Familiarity with Procore
