What you need
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, developer tooling, or a related technology environment
- A track record of leading technical discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-value exercises, and security or architecture reviews
- Strong understanding of web technologies, HTTP, APIs, networking, cloud architecture, CDNs, reverse proxies, and modern application infrastructure
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience handling technical, security, and business objections

- Experience with cybersecurity, bot management, fraud prevention, WAF, DDoS protection, CDN, observability, or application performance
- Experience with Kibana, Elasticsearch, Grafana, or similar log analysis and observability tools
