As an SME Business Management Analyst at CTEC, you will provide senior-level expertise in critical infrastructure and cybersecurity to advise CISA leadership on emerging threats and risks. What you need
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical security, homeland security, national security, or a closely related field
- Documented experience advising senior federal leaders and producing strategic research or policy products
- Exceptional analytical judgment, writing, synthesis, and briefing skills
- Ability to work across technical, policy, operational, and executive audiences
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI; U.S. citizenship required
Nice to have
- Prior CISA, DHS, SRMA, sector-coordinating council, or federal advisory committee experience
- Advanced degree or equivalent depth of specialized experience
- Knowledge of federal critical-infrastructure risk-management frameworks and coordination mechanisms
