What you need
- 5+ years of experience in cloud support, systems administration, or technical support engineering roles
- Proven hands-on technical experience with Kubernetes administration, workload orchestration, and containerised environments
- Solid technical proficiency in Linux system administration, networking, load balancing, enterprise storage volumes, and node management
- Demonstrated experience using observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana
- Proven ability to mentor technical team members, perform ticket quality assurance reviews, and refine technical support workflows
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift pattern between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time within a 24/7/365 team structure, including participation in on-call rotations and occasional weekend/holiday coverage

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience developing onboarding materials, technical documentation, and coaching programmes for technical teams
- Experience collaborating within a fast-paced, global, multi-time-zone support organisation
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% (~25 days per year) as required
