About this role
As a Hardware Engineer focused on Liquid Cooling at CoreWeave, you will manage the liquid cooling infrastructure from the rack to the facility interface, combining hands-on engineering with operational support. What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4+ years of professional experience in hardware, infrastructure, thermal, or platform engineering roles in data centre, cloud, or high-performance computing environments
- Hands-on experience with in-rack CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units), liquid-to-air heat exchangers, or remote cooling units
- Strong understanding of data centre thermal design principles, coolant types, thermal transfer mechanisms, and leak detection methods
- In-depth knowledge of server hardware, components, and fleet management technologies
- Proficiency in Python or Ansible, with experience programmatically interacting with hardware using Redfish, IPMI, or SSH (Redfish preferred)
Nice to have
- Experience bringing up new data centre regions or operating within customer/partner-owned facility infrastructure
- Familiarity with rack-scale liquid-cooled platforms (e.g., NVIDIA GB200 / GB300) and CDU vendor management interfaces
- Experience with BMC technologies, Kubernetes-based services, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Familiarity with facility-side systems including chilled water plants, CRAHs, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
