What you need
- A minimum of 3 years of professional Mendix experience in application design, solution architecture, or lead development, supported by an Advanced certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.
- Solid experience translating business needs into scalable Mendix solutions, with expertise in Studio Pro, domain modelling, microflows/nanoflows, security, deployment, modular architecture, and solution design.

- Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with experience participating in workshops, presenting solutions, communicating with stakeholders, and bridging business, technology, and AI opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to take ownership, share knowledge, and support colleagues within the team.
- An interest in exploring how AI can be applied within Mendix, with a willingness to gain hands-on experience with tools such as Maia, GenAI connectors, ML Kit, AI Bot Starter, or custom AI integrations.
