What you need
- High school diploma or GED required, or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of employment
- Ability to climb towers unassisted up to 300 feet
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
- Ability to work safely in adverse climates and environments
- Knowledge of and ability to use various hand tools
