What you need
- At least Eight (8) years of experience and strong proficiency with any programming language; strong TypeScript/React proficiency preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and practical UI engineering (performance, state management, component architecture)
- Experience building complex, data-dense product surfaces (dashboards, analytics UIs, trading-like workflows, or similarly high-stakes UX)
- Ability to work with stakeholders to develop product ideas, design the implementation, and deliver end-to-end
- High degree of self-motivation and willingness to jump into unfamiliar areas to solve problems
Nice to have
- Experience building trading, fintech, or other high-availability, low-latency product experiences
- Experience designing AI assistant/copilot UX (tool calls, confirmations, citations/grounding, failure handling)
- Deep experience with trading across asset classes, margin types, etc.
- Experience with real-time streaming UI patterns and performance optimization under high update rates
- Experience with any parts of our stack beyond frontend (Rust services, Postgres)
