What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or materials leadership experience
- 5+ years leading integrated supply-chain organizations or multiple supply-chain functional areas
- Experience supporting aerospace, defense, RF, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems
- Production planning & scheduling
Nice to have
- Experience supporting prototype, NPI, LRIP, rate ramp, and FRP manufacturing environments
- Experience implementing or scaling ERP/MRP infrastructure and supply-chain systems
- Familiarity with serialized hardware and configuration-controlled manufacturing
- Experience leading supply-chain organizations in aerospace/defense startup or rapid-growth environments
- Experience supporting high-mix, low-volume manufacturing operations
