What you need
- 10-15+ years experience as a construction superintendent or equivalent field leadership role on commercial or industrial projects
- Experience managing tenant improvement and capital build-out projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes and permit/AHJ processes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and specifications
- Proven experience coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, and multiple trades on concurrent job sites
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
Nice to have
- Experience with manufacturing, lab, or cleanroom environments
- Experience working on defense, government, or other secure-facility contractor sites
- Familiarity with SCIF/ICD 705 construction requirements or willingness to work alongside cleared personnel on secure builds
- Experience coordinating BAS/BMS and controls contractors on mechanical/electrical systems tie-ins
- Experience with construction project management
