What you need
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or Biology required
- 8+ years of related scientific experience
- Proven proficiency in immunoassay development
- Demonstrated scientific leadership and project ownership
- Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to junior scientists
- Strong hands-on experience in pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD)/biomarkers, or ADA assay development
Nice to have
- An advanced degree is preferred
- CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience is a plus
- Experience using Watson LIMS is preferred
- Experience with computer system validation (CSV) and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience serving as an SME for authoring, revising, and implementing SOP content
