What you need
- 5+ years of experience delivering business intelligence, reporting, or analytics solutions in a business or enterprise setting
- Demonstrated experience independently owning complex reporting, dashboard, or analytics work end-to-end
- Strong SQL skills, including querying, combining, and validating data across multiple structured sources
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or a comparable enterprise BI platform
- Experience translating ambiguous business questions into clear requirements, analytical approaches, and reporting outputs
- Experience designing or improving intake, triage, or demand-management processes for a high-volume analytics or reporting function

- Experience in People Analytics, Human Capital, HR technology, or workforce reporting
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or comparable modern data and analytics platforms
- Experience with modern data application/BI tools (e.g. Sigma, Streamlit)
- Experience partnering with a centralized or separately managed Data Engineering function
- Experience operating in a complex, highly regulated, or data-sensitive environment
