About this role
As a RESEA Specialist at Career Team, you will be responsible for delivering Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) services to unemployment insurance claimants. Your daily tasks will include conducting orientations, verifying claimants' eligibility, developing individualized reemployment plans, providing job-search assistance, and maintaining accurate case files. You will work closely with claimants to ensure they meet program requirements and achieve their employment goals, all while operating under the supervision of the Deputy Director.

What you need
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of the WIOA program, unemployment insurance, and other workforce program requirements
