What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related discipline

- Experience delivering data governance programs aligned to BCBS 239, CCAR, GDPR, PIPL, MAS TRM, or related financial services regulations
- Knowledge of Data Sovereignty, Cross-Border Data Management, and Data Privacy frameworks
- Experience with cloud-based data transformation and enterprise data platforms
- Relevant certifications such as DCAM, CDMP, DAMA, AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven programme delivery and change management experience, including large-scale data transformation initiatives
