- Strong programming skills in at least one general-purpose language, ideally Java or Kotlin
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles
- Strong experience operating production systems on AWS
- Proficiency with Kubernetes in production
- Experience with infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, Terraform or similar) and Helm
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions

- Experience supporting SOC 2 audits, which we maintain today, or ISO 27001, which we may pursue
- Experience working in Spring Boot codebases, in Java or Kotlin
