What you need
- Active Compact Multi-State RN license
- 5+ years experience treating patients with chronic diseases (CHF, Hypertension, T2D)
- 3+ years of cardiology experience with a focus on heart failure management and guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT)
- Active ANCC or AANP certification
- Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to consistently work Pacific time hours, including later weekday coverage as needed
