As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in the Customer Journey area, you will focus on enhancing customer experience by identifying opportunities throughout the customer journey and prioritizing impactful initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include building dashboards, conducting exploratory analyses, and translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for product managers and leadership.

What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau or equivalents)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer analytics, product analytics or CX analytics
- Experience in building metrics, dashboards, and funnel analyses
- Ability to perform correlational and causal analyses
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python/R and applied statistics
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
- Familiarity with NPS, CSAT, CES, FCR, TTR, churn, activation and retention
- Familiarity with AI applied to analytics
