About this role
The Senior VTC Engineer will be responsible for the design, engineering, implementation, and management of enterprise Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems at Fort Shafter Flats, ensuring compliance and interoperability within a DISN environment. Daily tasks will include configuring and managing various VTC technologies, maintaining system security, and supporting both secure and non-secure operations.

What you need
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Top Secret eligibility preferred)
- Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent)
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience designing, engineering, implementing, and managing enterprise VTC solutions within a DISN framework
- Extensive working knowledge of Codian MSE 8000 MCU, Cisco VCS, Cisco Jabber/Movi Softclient, Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco/Lifesize/Polycom Codecs, Cisco TMS, Firewall Traversal, Border Controllers, AMX Room Controllers, Adtran IMUX, IPVTC/VoIP (H.323/SIP), ISDN (H.320), KIV-7M/HSB encryption devices, DISA STIG implementation.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting VTC engineering in USARPAC and USARC environments
- Experience obtaining and maintaining ATC/ATO for VTC-specific systems
- Designated or prior Authorized COMSEC Sub Hand Receipt Holder
- Tandberg Certified Expert Partner or related certification.
