What you need

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, public health, health informatics, evaluation, economics, public policy, business analytics, information science, management, or a related field
7+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, program management, program evaluation, performance measurement, business intelligence, data analytics, organizational analysis, or a related area
Demonstrated experience leading complex strategic or analytical initiatives across multiple organizational units or stakeholder groups
Ability to independently translate ambiguous leadership questions into analytical approaches, evidence requirements, findings, and executive-level recommendations
Experience collecting, validating, integrating, and interpreting complex quantitative and qualitative information from multiple sources
Experience developing performance measures, KPIs, evaluation frameworks, baselines, or monitoring approaches

Nice to have

Master's degree in a relevant analytical, quantitative, public health, policy, informatics, business, or management discipline
Experience supporting NIH, HHS, another federal agency, or a complex scientific or public-health organization
Experience supporting enterprise strategic planning or multi-year strategic-plan assessments
Experience designing systems for ongoing performance measurement, evidence collection, or enterprise reporting
Knowledge of data governance, metadata standards, or FAIR data principles
