What you need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Planning/Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited university
  • 6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, planning/design, land development, parks, streetscapes, trails, mixed-use, master planning or related project types
  • Project management experience with responsibility for scopes, schedules, budgets, deliverables, staffing coordination and client communication
  • Experience leading projects from conceptual design through construction documentation, permitting and construction administration
  • Strong technical understanding of site planning, planting design, hardscape design, grading, drainage coordination, construction detailing and entitlement processes
  • Working knowledge of zoning, land development codes, permitting processes, public review procedures and environmental regulations

Nice to have

  • Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, GIS, InDesign, Civil 3D or other design/visualization tools
