About this role
As an Alternative Delivery Transportation Project Manager at Benesch, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through the entire lifecycle of alternative delivery projects, from pursuit to closeout. You will build and strengthen relationships with public agencies and contractors, manage project budgets and schedules, and develop strategies for successful project execution. What you need
- 12+ years of progressive AEC experience
- Significant leadership experience with alternative delivery projects
- Proven track record leading complex transportation and/or infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, and/or P3
- Experience with RFQs, RFPs, Alternative Technical Concepts (ATCs), and client interviews
- Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, project delivery, budgets, schedules, risk management, and project execution
