What you need
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or sales engineering roles in health tech, medtech, or SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience will be considered
- Direct experience working with enterprise customers in a technical, operational, or consultative capacity
- A track record of supporting enterprise-level technical sales and implementations end-to-end
- Strong background in software integrations, APIs, and data interoperability (HL7/FHIR preferred)
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and interoperability standards (EHR/EMR, PACS, LIS) and hospital data environments
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health, healthcare SaaS, medical devices, diagnostics, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) — particularly sleep medicine, neurology, or physiologic monitoring
- Experience owning implementations, integrations, or workflow design
- Experience working with regulated products or FDA submissions
- Exposure to cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) or machine learning workflows
