About this role

As a STAT LPN with BAYADA, you will provide one-on-one nursing care to clients transitioning home from the hospital, focusing on personalized attention and skilled nursing for a duration of 4-6 weeks per client. Your role involves performing assessments, monitoring conditions, executing doctors' orders, and documenting care while working closely with Clinical Managers. You will be expected to travel to clients' homes and work a minimum of two twelve-hour shifts per week, including one weekend per month.
