What you need
- Active California Bar admission
- 7+ years of in-house legal experience at a mid-to-large company
- Direct experience handling contract disputes, commercial negotiations, regulatory inquiries, employment matters, and vendor management
- Strong legal research, drafting, review, strategy, and practical business risk assessment skills
- Familiarity with CourtListener, Caselaw Access Project, SEC EDGAR, and Westlaw and/or LexisNexis
- Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction

- A blend of in-house, BigLaw, and/or mid-size/boutique experience
- Strong interest in legal AI and translating practical in-house expertise into effective AI training and evaluation materials
