- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Quality Engineering or other related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in quality and manufacturing background
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and expertise in structured problem solving (8D methodology)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
