What you need

  • Education in Quality, Mechanical or similar Engineering disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience as a quality or manufacturing engineer in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
  • Experience and working knowledge of key quality tools used in manufacturing (5-Why, Fishbone, Gage R&R, GD&T, 8D/CAPA for RCCA)
  • Experience working with database systems to extract, format, analyze data and report conclusions/recommendations
  • Hands-on experience using metrology equipment from basic hand tools to CMM, vision systems and similar

Nice to have

  • Experience in Development and New Product Introduction is preferred
  • Ability to travel Domestically and Internationally on occasion
