What you need
- 3+ years of experience in business development, finance, or a similar role, ideally within the industrial or energy sectors
- Experience running energy project finance models from energy bill level data inputs
- Strong proficiency in modeling, market research, presentation building and data analysis
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with proposal development
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish, ideally with working familiarity with technical energy language skill
- Familiarity with renewable energy markets, industrial decarbonization, or thermal applications
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools
- Exposure to energy projects in biofuels, food, chemicals, or other thermally intensive industries
