What you need
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance
- 5 years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), or a related discipline
- Experience with tactical experiment and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Operational military background with a subsequent transition into an ORSA or Operations Analyst position
- Experience with AFSIM plug-in development or other advanced M&S framework customization
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, or scripting languages like MATLAB/SIMULINK
