What you need
- 2+ years of experience managing or supervising in a high volume production environment
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and key manufacturing fundamentals
- A full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs)
- Ability to interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, work instructions, building plans, equipment specs, electrical schematics, etc.)
- Willingness to work hands-on with hardware as needed by production
Nice to have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, business, or applied science)
- Lean six sigma green belt certified
- Working knowledge of AS9100 standards and OSHA laws
- Experience working with electrical and mechanical assembly and integration
- Forklift and 3A Hoisting certification
