What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in DoD/government contract finance or program finance
- Demonstrated ownership of EAC development and forecasting discipline
- Working knowledge of government contracting fundamentals
- Experience supporting manufacturing/production finance in a hardware or production environment
- Advanced Excel/modeling skills
Nice to have
- Experience with full P&L management AND Program EAC finance
- Scaling from an idea (IRAD) to full rate Production
- FAR knowledge or DAU Financial Management certification and/or PMP
- Experience with EVM tools and program scheduling tools
- Experience scaling finance processes in a high-growth environment
