What you need
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, OR equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience
- Self-driven with a record of high achievement
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead teams through complex technical challenges
- Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across various functions
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance
- Ability to travel as needed and work non-standard hours
