About this role

What you need
- 2+ years of professional experience supporting, troubleshooting, or maintaining complex technical systems (aerospace, robotics, automotive, defense, or electromechanical systems)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, OR equivalent hands-on military, aerospace, or industrial technical experience
- Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking
- Demonstrated ability to find and resolve issues independently
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance
Nice to have
- Experience supporting and/or deploying loitering munitions, tactical missiles, or unmanned aerial systems (UAS/Drones)
- Familiarity with conventional ordnance systems, combat arms, or military aviation operations
- Hands-on experience with Linux command-line interfaces (CLI) and unix-like shells such as Bash or Zsh
- Familiarity with modern observability and ticketing tools (such as Grafana, PagerDuty, Jira, or Git)
- Experience leveraging data analytics (such as SQL or Palantir Foundry) to conduct trend analysis
