What you need

  • Active U.S. Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one)
  • Proven experience as a designated NNPICO or Assistant NNPICO
  • In-depth working knowledge of NAVSEA NN-801, OPNAVINST N9210.3, and DoD CUI handling guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical military/defense industry experience) with 5+ years of security compliance or classified program management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to independently enforce compliance across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Prior service in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program
  • Direct experience establishing an NNPI environment for a new program or facility
  • Familiarity with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), ITAR, and NIST SP 800-171 compliance frameworks
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
