What you need
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in engineering support, testing, validation, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical assembly environments

- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field
- Experience with high-voltage or medium-voltage systems (5 kV to 36 kV)
- Experience testing power electronics, converters, inverters, batteries, or energy systems
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial controls
- Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or 3DEXPERIENCE
