What you need
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience of manufacturing quality leadership in high-volume, high-speed production
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading engineering teams
- Proven track record building and leading a strong team in a 24x7 manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, APQP and Six Sigma tools and methodologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
- Six Sigma (Black Belt)
