About this role

What you need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with background in DFM, process development, and high-mix or low-to-high-volume production
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes such as injection molding, die casting, machining, assembly automation, potting, welding, soldering, laser, adhesion
- Experience in participating in large-scale capital equipment design projects
- Background in concept-to-production equipment development
- Experience in data collection and analysis for process development

- Proficiency in CAD software (3D EXPERIENCE (3DX), CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)
- Experience with DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) methodologies
- GD&T knowledge and its impact on manufacturability
- Knowledge of motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic schematics
