What you need
- Master’s degree in Public Policy, Sustainable Development, Leadership Studies, Environmental Policy, Governance or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years experience in academia, industry or a combination of both within Entrepreneurial Leadership and related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in designing, reviewing, developing or revising undergraduate degree programmes or curricula in Entrepreneurship Education and Innovation Ecosystems, Business Management or related disciplines
- Strong expertise in Entrepreneurial Leadership principles, Curriculum development methodologies and Programme Reviews and Accreditation
- Experience aligning academic curricula with industry requirements, future skills frameworks and workforce trends
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to have
- PhD or Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Artificial Intelligence, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience leading curriculum transformation, accreditation reviews or programme modernization initiatives in Rwanda or Mauritius
- Experience working with governments, NGOs, international organizations, or policy institutions
- Strong understanding of African development challenges and opportunities
- Experience with international curriculum frameworks such as the EntreComp Framework, OECD Learning Compass, UNESCO National Curriculum Frameworks
