What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience managing technical, manufacturing, industrial, or capital investment projects
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
