What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace requirements management or related systems engineering functions
- Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and full lifecycle management
- Experience using requirements management tools and methodologies in regulated or safety-critical environments
- Familiarity with relevant aerospace standards and certification frameworks (DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and written/verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS or Windchill RV&S
- Knowledge of aircraft electrical power generation and distribution systems
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools, such as SysML and Cameo
- Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools/processes
