What you need
- Associate’s degree, technical diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, or process improvement activities in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, tooling, equipment, and production methodologies
- Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Six Sigma principles to improve operational performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Experience developing production methods, work standards, and labor analysis using predetermined time systems such as MCTM and MOST
