What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and management reporting
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
Nice to have
- Desire to master new ERP / Reporting Systems
- Knowledge with Power BI, OneStream or other Business Intelligence software
- Experience in an engineering services, professional services, or project-based revenue environment
- Oracle NetSuite Experience Strongly Preferred
