What you need

Bachelor’s degree plus 18 years of experience, or a Master’s degree plus 15 years of experience in Government Program and Information Technology Management, Agile Coaching, or a closely related defense/intelligence field
Proven experience leading team-tasks and implementing pure Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within complex, large-scale application environments
Must possess an advanced Agile certification (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO))
Direct experience tailoring application workflows, technical briefs, and coding specifications to meet strict DoD, IC, and Air Force standards within an Agile pipeline
Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance to operate on-site within NASIC secure facilities and access repositories across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS

Nice to have

NASIC experience highly desired, not mandatory
Demonstrated success working on all phases of software applications programming, modernization tracking, and Agile events independent of supervisory guidance
Deep technical understanding of the NASIC Mission, specifically the Group portfolio, PIR Enterprise Platform, and the Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) mission systems
Experience aligning software factory outputs with cloud-native development concepts, secure cross-domain data flows, and the NASIC 2033 IT Modernization Strategy
