  • Must possess an advanced Agile certification (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO))
  • Direct experience tailoring application workflows, technical briefs, and coding specifications to meet strict DoD, IC, and Air Force standards within an Agile pipeline
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance to operate on-site within NASIC secure facilities and access repositories across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS

  • NASIC experience highly desired, not mandatory
  • Demonstrated success working on all phases of software applications programming, modernization tracking, and Agile events independent of supervisory guidance
  • Deep technical understanding of the NASIC Mission, specifically the Group portfolio, PIR Enterprise Platform, and the Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) mission systems
  • Experience aligning software factory outputs with cloud-native development concepts, secure cross-domain data flows, and the NASIC 2033 IT Modernization Strategy
