About this role
The Predictive Maintenance & Analytics Manager at Allegiant is responsible for leading the predictive maintenance strategy for the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 fleets. What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Aviation Management, or a related quantitative or technical field
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in airline maintenance, aircraft engineering, predictive maintenance, aircraft health monitoring, aviation analytics, or a related technical field
- Experience translating aircraft, maintenance, component, and operational data into actionable maintenance or engineering decisions
- Working knowledge of aircraft systems, airline maintenance processes, reliability programs, and continued airworthiness requirements
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, statistical modeling, machine learning, and business intelligence platforms
- Experience establishing program priorities, implementation roadmaps, performance measures, and business cases
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Aviation Management, or a related field
- Experience leading predictive maintenance or aircraft health monitoring programs in an airline, OEM, or MRO environment
- Experience with Skywise, aircraft health monitoring systems, Palantir Foundry, TRAX, or comparable maintenance and analytics platforms
- Working knowledge of Airbus A320 family and Boeing 737 family aircraft systems
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate
