What you need
- 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably within construction, development, or another project-based environment
- 3+ years of direct construction accounting experience
- Strong expertise in job costing, project budgeting, commitments, forecasting, and construction accounting principles
- Proven ability to manage the financials of multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of subcontractor billing, payment applications, change orders, and lien waivers
- Advanced Excel skills
