What you need

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience

  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITSM including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog

  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, Service Mapping, reconciliation, and CI relationships
  • Practical experience developing automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or comparable ServiceNow capabilities

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM) preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro
  • Experience with ITOM, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, IntegrationHub, or other advanced ServiceNow capabilities
  • Experience integrating newly acquired organizations or migrating business processes into ServiceNow
