What you need
- More than 8 years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in C++
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple programming languages, and willingness to work with both C# .NET and C++
- Strong command of microservices architecture, distributed system design, and cloud-native patterns at enterprise scale
- Experience in cloud and Kubernetes, preferably using Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying
- Experience leading technical design reviews and influencing architectural decisions across team and product boundaries
Nice to have
- Demonstrated ability to mentor Senior and Mid-level Engineers and partner with Engineering Managers on technical direction
- Hands-on experience working with relational databases, including schema design, indexing, and query performance optimization
- Hands-on experience designing and operating workflow-driven systems
- Experience integrating Machine Learning, Neural Networks or LLMs into enterprise applications and workflows
- Familiarity with OCR, NLP and computer vision technologies
